Introduction requests
The introduction form sends your name, business, contact details, project notes, selected payment option and preferred time to hello@northwestlaunch.com for Mitchell and Brandon to respond. AWS processes delivery to our Zoho inboxes. Sending a request does not confirm an appointment or commit you to a plan. Please do not include passwords or sensitive information.
Unsent entries and request information are remembered in this tab's session storage to help recover drafts and prevent duplicate submissions. “Clear remembered draft” removes them. The form service stores request identifiers, content digests and send status, not the message text, in its request database. Request records are scheduled to expire after seven days; rate-limit records after two days. Rate limiting uses a daily hashed network address. Messages remain in our inboxes so we can respond; contact us about removal.
Editing playground
The client workspace uses fictional sample content. Changes and checkpoints are stored only in this browser’s local storage. Do not enter private customer information. The reset control clears these preview changes.
External services
This website bundles its fonts and images. It includes no analytics or advertising trackers. Email links open your chosen email app only when you choose them. Preview edits stay in this browser.
Hosting and messages
AWS provides this website’s hosting and receives the connection information needed to deliver pages, such as an IP address and browser request. We have not enabled visitor analytics or advertising trackers here. Messages you choose to send reach our team through Zoho Mail and are used to respond and discuss your project. Do not include passwords or sensitive account information in an inquiry. Ask us by email if you would like us to remove an inquiry we hold, subject to records we need to keep.
